How the Global Round works
Qualification, medal distribution and what to expect when students from around the world meet on the global stage.
Students who achieve Absolute Winner, Gold, Silver, Bronze or Honorable Mention in the Elimination Round qualify for the Global Round.
The Global Round is not simply another examination. It is a chance to meet young minds from around the world, exchange ideas, experience new cultures, and celebrate learning together.
Medals are distributed by overall performance in each category: Gold to the top 10%, Silver to the next 15%, Bronze to the next 25%, Honorable Mention to the next 30%, and Participation Certificates to the remaining 20%.
