We work with country representatives, partner schools, exam centres and sponsors to bring the Olympiad to more young people every season.
Questions
Frequently asked
Any student from Grade 1 to Grade 12. There is no qualifying test to enter the Elimination Round — every student is welcome.
The registration fee for the Elimination Round is USD 30. Global Round fees are announced separately, and medal winners receive a discount of up to 25%.
Both formats exist. All registered participants take either an online examination or an approved paper-based examination, depending on the arrangements in their country or school.
Students who achieve Absolute Winner, Gold, Silver, Bronze or Honorable Mention in the Elimination Round qualify. Qualified students then complete a separate Global Round registration.
